Josh was born and raised in Coldwater Michigan where he lives with his wife and his four children. Josh has a degree in business management and accounting. He has a diverse background in mortgage banking, sales, home construction, and insurance.

With his venture into joining the Farm Bureau team, he has been able to combine all his previous experience to best serve his customers. He is active in his community serving on boards of the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Co-Chair of the Branch County Community Foundation, an Affiliate member of the Branch County Association of Realtors, former Ambassador of the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce, and coached his children in AYSO soccer for 14 years.

AGENT SOLICITOR

Lucas is the son of our agent Josh Jones. Lucas has lived in Coldwater his whole life apart from his time in the United States Navy. While in the Navy Lucas held the rank of Petty Officer Second Class and was appointed to leadership duties at every one of his duty stations, including overseeing 400 sailors at the United States Navy Ceremonial Guard in our nation’s capital.

Since moving back home Lucas has jumped right into the insurance business with Farm Bureau and is licensed to sell property/casualty products as well as life and annuity. He is sure to provide quality knowledge on your insurance and is dedicated to writing proper policies that keep you and your family covered.

OFFICE MANAGER

Helen is our office manager. She has worked for the agency for the past 20 years and loves her job! She has come to know so many friendly faces over the years all by helping them with their insurance questions and needs.

Scott and Anna Fair treat her like family and she says that is the reason it makes it easy to come to work every day. 

MARKETING MANAGER

Anna has worked in the insurance industry for 21 years. She is happy to work alongside three other insurance professionals, serving clients.
